Don't book Flory's

We were on a late flight from Manila. Informed Hotel that we required very late check in around midnight. Arrived 2325hrs. Hotel reception in total darkness. Rung doir bell many time tk ni avail. They advertise 24Hrs checkin. Phoned the number above reception, lady sId she would wake the Management. She replied back stating that they were coming 1 floor. Another 40mins finally the reception opened. Zhe explained that she had not been paid so I owed her Php 1250. Zaix I will sort it oht in the morning. Went down for compementray breakfast she would nit even supply us a cup of coffee. Showed her Hotels.com papers explaining all was paid. Lady & husband can only sleap Cebuano therfore my Wife Tagog could not communicate. Placed in roon 3. I can hoestly say it was the pits carpet staained, wated frim tolieteaking ect ect. I have traveled around the Philippnes over the last 16yrs. Never have we stayed in such tip. This is by far the worse review I have made, but this pmCe deserved the bad write up .Never again!!!
