I don’t stay in Microtel often, but this was the nicest one I have stayed in. On par with staying at courtyard.

Not a great place to stay. We arrived to find out I had mistakenly reserved a smoking room. The front desk offered to change rooms, but only had non-smoking suites at a $67 per night upcharge. Walked into the room and it smelled like old weed. The TV was on top of an armoire nearly touching the ceiling. The bathroom sink would not give cold water and only a trickle of hot. But the tub made up for it by having a constant drip with the drain looking moldy. Would have been 1 stars except the staff did their jobs and the pool was nice outside. Did not like that the door to the parking lot was never secured overnight as we came in at 11 and it just pulled open.

We booked two rooms under two separate reservation. They gave both handicapped room. Reasoning was you booked thru Expedia. Bathroom sink has mold between granite and sink on fron RHS corner for room # 102.

It was clean, the pool was nice. What ruined the stay for me and my family, its better off to bring your own pillows. The bed was lumpy and the pillows were basically not useful. The staff in its self were great.

Although we knew it was a smoking room that we booked. (Room 316)The room smelt like an ashtray was just dumped out and the cigarettes were still smoldering. We booked an addition stay and got room 322 and was pleasantly surprised that there was no smoke smell.

Hotel allows pets, but apparently doesn’t see if they’re clean. Either fleas or bedbugs were biting me. Otherwise the hotel and staff themselves were the best part of the visit.

The room smelled of smoke and mold. The bed sheets were dirty and smelled horrible. The place was not very clean there were homeless people sleeping in the car when we pulled up at 11:30 also there was about 20 people in the lobby partying. We actually checked out a day early because how dirty it was.
