It was a nice large room. Staff is friendly and helpful. Near two main train stations. Walk to them between 8-10 mins. I had a good stay there. Definitely will use them again.

Great staff and great choice for breakfast but limited dining in the evening, would benefit from freshly cooked menu but great location for bus and railway stations

Very convenient, but basic hotel. It’s just a 10 walk from the Grand Place. To be fair this is why I chose the hotel and I know the Ibis brand.
The bedding could use improvement - pillows were very soft and the mattress topper was thin and kept moving off the bed. It just lacks a little bit of comfort.

Good value for money. Basic hotel, clean, helpful staff & a good selection at breakfast.

A great location to stay, traveling via the eurostar, 10 min walk to the hotel and if using Zenith arena, its a 2 min walk. Can walk into the main areas, within 10 mins, with lots of places to eat and shop. A great location, just far enoigh away to be quiet too.
