Poor poor poor!!!!!! Triple room not as advertised. Very deceiving, room was like a box. I want a least some of our money back

Basic 2-star hotel okay for overnight stay
Posted 2 Oct 2023 on HotelsIt is a 2 star budget hotel and you can certainly tell that by the facilities. However, it was adequate for an overnight stay. Room was clean if a little small and basic. Not many staff but they were courteous. Basic breakfast provided but again was to be expected.
Overall, okay for an overnight stay.

Very poor
Posted 26 Jun 2023 on HotelsWhilst we were walking upstairs and along the passage on the third floor, the entire corridor smelled extremely strong of weed. We were nearly sick and place felt extremely damp and had a strong stench.
We entered the rooms and found them very hot and stuffy. There was no fan or aircon and no flow of air and we felt suffocated.
On opening the window it was too noisy and let in mosquitoes.
This was unbearable and unacceptable.
