The minute you enter the Lobby it smells like room freshener/perfume on steroids. It is a sweet sickening smell. I am not sure how anyone could eat in their restaurant with that smell or what it is masking. No one at check in knew when breakfast was. Very disorganized. Room was small and predominately brown. Everything was brown even the towels. Horrible. The shower when turned on would flood floor. Do not recommend.

Very nice staff and facility. Easy walking to Gare Lille Flanders and to touristy areas. Great food.

The hotel and staff were lovely, and the restaurant, Jane, was the big surprise. Excellent, and I had no idea it was in the hotel when I booked.

Hotel was in perfect location for exploring the old town in Lille (which is really worth a visit ) whilst being away from the main square and any associated noise.
Rooms were furnished nicely and were clean and fresh.

Friendliest reception. Room was not the biggest but was adequate for a short stay and well provisioned, bed was comfortable too. 2 completely different dining options on site if you don't want to search Lille for an alternative
