Didnt like that you couldn't open a window. As it was sealed shut. And the air conditioning was not good so was constantly living in muggy and nkt fresh air.

Reason hotel
Posted 9 Oct 2023 on HotelsOur room wasn't ready until after 2.30pm but it was clean and tidy and reasonably spacious. Friendly staff on reception and the issues we had were resolved quickly, ie. the bathroom had a sliding door that wasn't fitted correctly and fell off. The room does have aircon but is not great and the windows do not open so it got quite warm. Hotel has a bar but it closes at 11pm which is a shame as not really anything else in the area. Breakfast had a good selection, but it can get busy at certain times. The hotel is located just on the outskirts of town with a good public transport link. A bit of a strange arrangement with parking in that you have go out and back into the car park every 24 hours to get a new ticket as it shares the car park with the shopping centre next door.

Concerning our bar, we have the 11pm authorisation which is why we cannot serve after this time. Finally, as regards parking, we do have a special system because it's not our car park but the shopping centre's. Lovely hotel
Posted 2 Oct 2023 on HotelsThe hotel was excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is spotlessly clean, well maintained and comfortable.
It is also close to the metro, so travelling around was easy.
