Property was clean and as described. No elevator to rooms. And no lighting in staircase, making for a very dangerous up or down with luggage.

Unfortunately we don’t have an elevator however if you need help with your luggage we always are happy to help The light in the staircase goes out automatically for environmental reason however I am sorry you didn’t find the switch to turn it on, we will pay attention to show it next time.

Simply stunning experience. Beautiful, spacious apartment, wonderful helpful people, comfy bed. Easy walk to anything we wanted to visit. If you had mobility issues there would be problems - we were on the third floor and we used the stairs. I don't think there was a lift. But it suited us just fine. If I could give this property more than 5 stars in every aspect I would.

A Slip mat away from perfection

Lovely property - manager very welcoming and couldn't do enough for us. Only downside was not being able to check in until 5pm, however did take our bags for us as we arrived in the morning and kept them for us when we departed.

Friendly staff and immaculate room

Although there aren't the amenities of a 4.5-5 star hotel as you might be used to (pool, spa, etc), the friendliness and effort of the staff made it a 5 star kind of star. From checking in early (and checking out late), to paying for my parking every 2 hours via their parking app, they were so accommodating, which took a lot of stress out of a business type of stay. Not to mention, the room was lovely! 10/10 would book here again.
