Beautiful property! Great pool for kids. Beach was also wonderful for boogie boarding. Rooms were spacious and had queen size beds, perfect for our family of 4.

The view was breathtaking, staff was all very helpful and friendly! The pool was so fun! Rooms were very clean and well kept.

We loved the property!! It was beautiful, clean and relaxing. We were able to walk everywhere we needed to go. The shuttle was convenient too.

Beach and pool access was great! Did not like the construction!

Limited room storage only three small drawers for clothing. No bath storage
Lots of construction. Hotel restaurant closed. Hot tubs closed etc.
Too little room service (cleaning) and poor poolside service
Nice pool. Dirty beach
Nice gardens. Fitness center adequate
This hotel much better when it was a Marriott. Third time we stayed here not again as quality slipped.

Aloha Dennis,We appreciate your feedback as it helps us to better serve you. The poolside restaurant is open for breakfast and lunch service Daily and they offer dinner service Thursday-Monday. They have relocated the seating area to the beach front lawn while they complete the renovations. The Royal Lanai is also open for Grab and go breakfast options and Sushi service for dinner. We offer in room dining and a daily buffet breakfast. I apologize as it seems you didn't get to enjoy any of our food and beverage offerings. Although 2 Jacuzzi's are inaccessible at this time, we do have 3 other Jacuzzi's that are open for our guest to enjoy. Our housekeeping services are currently offered every other day, but we are more than happy to schedule daily service for our guest if that is preferred. We do hope you decide to give us another chance to host you after the renovation projects have been completed. Have a wonderful day.Mahalo,
