Far away from Italian food...
Posted 2 Sep 2010This hotel rated as a four stars is far away from the level one could expect.
If you are not travelling with kids select rather something different. Rooms oriented to the street are rumourous (night life in Lignano is long), they are rather small, bathroom very modest...
Yes, there is nice pool, hotel has beach beds reserved, and good parking place, but:
coffee served during the breakfast is NOT DRINKSABLE AT ALL
juice is not a juice
croissants are not croissants
We bookd only B&B fortunatelly otherwise I would escape after first breakfast.
Those coming there for enjoying Italian food - forget and look for something other.
By the way, price was not low!

Definititely worth a visit........
Posted 21 Sep 2009The Hotel was pleasant and clean with a good size swimming pool and with mainly German or Italian guests staying. We were the only 2 English people staying in the Hotel which was fine if you speak Italian but potentially difficult if you don't as the waiters didn't speak much if any English. The rooms were spacious and clean but quite away from the town centre which was chic and upmarket. The staff at reception were very helpful and spoke good English. There was also free parking at the hotel which is another thing in it's favour.

Dom har parkering utanför området på Marinan som är bra.
Bra frukost, men vi fick ett lite slitet rum denna gång.

di scelta per i te, poca scelta frutta, ritardi nella preparazione colazione e dei tavoli , bagno/doccia scomodo con minimo sapone/shampoo. Positivo solo vista marina e fiume. Offerto coupon spiaggia per 2 con sdraio e ombrellone.E un 3 stelle non 4.

Gentile Santino, ci spiace non abbiate apprezzato quello che è di norma recensito come un punto forte della struttura, ovvero la colazione. Si tratta comunque di gusti. Ci auspichiamo abbiate comunque passato una buona vacanza a Lignano!

Wir hatten am 2ten Tag kein warmwasser zum Duschen, und man bezahlt für den Pool und dann muss man dort immer Badehauben aufsetzten, das war das was nicht so gut war, aber sonst nicht schlecht für diesen Preis

Hallo, entschuldigen Sie das heiße Wasser, das Problem haben wir gelöst. Die Badekappe ist eine Hygienepflicht, keine Entscheidung des Hotels.
