I only wish that I was more informed about the hotel & its amenities upon check in. Also, it should be noted that massages, etc are booked up far in advance, so, do so upon booking. They have a medical spa that I was unaware of, and unable to use.

Best front desk team!!

Kudos to Theresa for working with us in the WhatsApp to coordinate taxis to the hospital and Munich airport due to an unfortunate broken ankle accident prior to coming to Grandhotel Lienz. They also accomodated a room close to elevator and stool for shower. It was a beautiful hotel and dinner also was wonderful!
