"Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa is WONDERFUL!!! All you can ask for is provided. GREAT air conditioned rooms with the best bedding, delicious and freshly made to order foods for breakfast, lunch and dinner. They also have a variety of relaxing spa treatments and are in the perfect location right near Train Street and other hot spots. And if you want to work out a bit there is a small gym area right off the pool over looking the city. Finally, however not least of course, they provide incredible customer service starting from the moment you walk in ——to sadly when you have to eventually leave. They have it all! Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa is truly one of a kind! To anyone reading this— DO NOT MISS OUT on staying at this amazing hotel and/or going to their spa or restaurant!!! Aira Boutique Hanoi Hotel & Spa is the absolute best!!! "The room (premium suite) was clean, with a cute balcony and both a bathtub and shower. The breakfast was good; I wouldn’t have said AMAZING like some reviews. The coffee was really good and it was a treat to have passion fruit for breakfast. There was ongoing construction in the hotel which I found loud and annoying, but only after 8/9am. You really do see the planes take off and land from your window or the rooftop pool, yet the rooms are soundproof enough that you don’t hear them much. No issues with the cleanliness of the pool. The shuttle picked me up promptly per their instructions; a bit odd that they only offer you a shuttle one direction (to OR from the airport, not both) but a $5 taxi won’t break the bank. Overall I’m glad I choose this hotel!"
