School & train station made for noisy sidewalk which could be heard several floors up.

Nice newly renovated place to sleep. We've only spent one night, but would go back if possible. Only negative thing is that covered underground parking is an extra 15 euros per night.

However, it should be noted that coffee amenities were not provided within individual rooms. The staff exhibited pleasant and accommodating demeanor throughout the stay.
The establishment boasted commendable Wi-Fi connectivity, characterized by its swiftness and reliability, catering to the needs of modern travelers. Its proximity to the Central station adds to its allure, facilitating convenient transportation access.
Nevertheless, the pricing structure may be perceived as somewhat inflated given the overall experience. A more competitive rate would enhance the value proposition of the accommodation. Additionally, the presence of ongoing construction in the vicinity could potentially detract from the overall guest experience.

The property was well presented and different to what we would normally stay in. The shared kitchens and free tea and coffee in the main lobby was different. No coffee in the rooms. Staff were nice and friendly.

Staff was great, however some issues:
Party on roof top last till midnight.
Shower room did not smell well.
Lots of construction around building.

It was great, nice rooms and friendly staff. There was construction work going on so it was hard to navigate exactly. Parking costs money.
