We were there for the world rowing masters regatta and the Ibis looked after all of us very well.

Helpful staff but poor organisation

We kept having to be given new codes for our room which when we arrived after the reception desk had closed was a bit of a hassle. On the first night (once we had travelled almost 12 hrs to get there) were told that our room hadn’t been assigned and were left waiting for half an hour whilst the staff went back and forth trying to help. That being said the staff were very helpful and tried their best to help. I suspect the Ibis management team are at fault as it seems it is just their computer systems which are at fault not the staff on duty during our stay.
