Please...Take the plastic from the windows that prevents any view to the outside!! It is very depressing. We will definitely choose another hotel that does not have such a restrictive and claustrophobic covering!

Hello, We are very sorry that you did not like your stay with us. The anti-sun foil reduces the temperature inside the room in the summer and retains up to 30% of the heat in the winter. However, it was damaged due to weather conditions and we are currently working on its restoration. I believe you will be a little more satisfied on your next visit.Kind regards.

Our stay was great. I stayed in many hotels in Liberec but this one is the best. Spacious rooms, soundproof, clean. Staff friendly and tasty breakfast.
