Everything was great and clean, except bed was lumpy and springy and shower was weak and needed fixing

The water to the toilet was turned off when we arrived. We turned it on, but water leaked on the floor. Had to turn the water on and off with each use. Was told they couldn’t refund us any of the rate since we booked with a third party.
