We stayed in the Filario residences and enjoyed every moment from check in to check out. The rooms were comfortable and we enjoyed having a large communal space to gather with our friends who we were traveling with but would also recommend these rooms for anyone traveling with kids. The property is right on the lake and has beautiful views, excellent dining options, and brand new amenities. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful room with amazing views, friendly helpful staff. Not easily walkable. Transportation is a bit difficult.

Absolutely stunning views from your private balcony! This was the reason we booked here and it did not disappoint.
A few restaurants within walking distance but on a very busy street not the best for walking with traffic. We did not care for the hotel restaurants menu so we did not eat there unfortunately.
Helvetia a few doors down for greasy pizza and aurora restaurant for lunch and dinner were great choices with beautiful views about 7 minute walk down the road.

Beautiful property in lezzeno. My room had an amazing view of lake como. Breakfast was also very good and included with amazing views. A total recommend and would definetly return

While not luxurious this place is super nice and clean. The view from our room was breathtaking and the room was big and clean. We would stay here again.
