Nice hotel.
However to find out that you have to pay extra for the swimming pool was very sad, specially for 4 member family.

The access to the pools is very enjoyable.
At the restaurant, excellent service from Mathias and Samuel. Friendly and professional. Great assets for the restaurant.

Relaxing place in nice location. Great spa. Apartments are nice though would need some refurbishment (for example kitchen). Staff is ok.

The baths are soothing and relaxing. Overall property is dated and run down, quite disappointing.

The area was beautiful, the pool was nice, but the staff didn't speak english, even didn't understand. The food was very bad...no many choices and the price was very expensive.

Great thermal bath, not so good hotel

Pros: Location, thermal bath, and spa
Cons: Change the mattresses! Make it a comfortable sleep! Upgrade the rooms!
Location: Great hiking trails , easy shopping for food , and amenities. Some nice local restaurants
Great location, great thermal bath, and spa. Dated rooms , thoroughly uncomfortable mattresses! With room with breakfast, parking, spa ,and thermal bath , it is a good deal!
