Hello, Keeping our apartments clean is very important for us we are sorry that it did not meet your standards. We provide dish tablets, liquid soap in the kitchen and shower gel in the bathroom. Bedding and towels are provided. The kitchen is fully equipped with all pots, pans and dishes for cooking. There is two free Nespresso you can purchase more at the reception. With my kind regards,

Great Family Location
Posted 17 Jan 2022 on HotelsA great set of apartments right on the slopes. A little walk in the snow to shops and restaurants, so come prepared if you don't want to travel out. Fully equipped kitchen, beautiful cozy fire for a lazy night after skiing all day. Apartments are a little dated, but this isn't uncommon in this area of Switzerland. Very very clean, hosts are amazing and very helpful. You can buy a basket of wood for the fire so no need to take your own. You can also order from the local bakery the day before and its delivered to the reception the next day. There is a cabin to store your ski's plus have the use of sledges for the kids. We enjoyed our stay so much we've booked to return in 2 weeks time.
