I had a horrible experience at this hotel. I felt monitored and watched my whole trip. Staff was very rude and caused unnecessary problems with me and my boyfriend which caused us to miss a lot of our day time during our vacation. Staff did not greet us, blatantly ignored us during our stay, and made us feel very unwelcome. Never have I had such a terrible experience at a hotel before and I honestly did not know how to handle it. We also were charged extra fees for no apparent reason after already paying for 3 nights. My stay would have been wonderful, as the views were nice and the hotel was well kept. However the staff ruined our weekend get away, as well as members of management. Would never go back to this hotel and would never recommend it to anyone. The conflicts I went through with this hotel are not worth it. I was accused of scamming, smoking in the property, and charged extra within an hour of checking in. Afterwards, it was very apparent that the staff was not welcoming to us, and was definitely racially motivated. Please choose a different hotel.

First and foremost our hotel is adamant on welcoming all individuals regardless of race, sexuality orientation, religious beliefs, etc. Hotel Lex is steadfast in protecting our guests during their stay. Shortly after your checkin we received complaints of a smell containing an illegal substance from your room so we took action accordingly. It was nice and clean. Not bathtub in our room. That upset me.

Exceeded my expectations! Nice and quiet and clean! Friendly staff! Really good breakfast and restaurant on site! Cherry on top was the amazing indoor pool area plus arcade! We had a fun family night in there!

Overall the hotel was very nice... You could tell it was being renovated... I really don't have any dislikes about it
