This was a last-minute trip and one of the few rooms available in the Frankfort/Lexington area. I lucked out. The room was clean and spacious enough for 3 adults. Staff was friendly. I’d stay here again.

We stayed in one of the newly renovated rooms. The bathroom faucet is situated in a weird spot which makes it difficult to wash your hands in the sink. The new stand up showers are very nice! They didn’t change the beds, so they are just as comfy as they always have been!

This is a property in the middle of room remodeling . It is what you can expect from a Hampton Inn

The staff were friendly and made sure our room was clean and ready. We were pleased with how clean the room was and even the hallway, entry, and breakfast areas were too. The parking was sufficient and we did not have to walk very far to the room. The only change I would suggest is if it was possible to have larger and firmer pillows. Our pillows were small and wanted to wad up.

The interior is just tired. To no fault of the staff, they do seem to clean the best they can, but the carpet and sofa in our room smelled and needs replacing. The hard furniture was in fine condition and the linens were clean. But wallpaper, and anything made of material holds stale odors showing their age.

Outside area was unkept. Checkin took a long time. TV did not work.
