First off: the staff here was LOVELY! My review is in no way a reflection of their excellent service. If you are seeking a comfortable, cozy, and functional hotel room, look elsewhere. Rooms are cold and box-like with hard floors, high ceilings, and non-functional design choices (cold lighting, fixtures installed too close to surfaces, uncomfortable kitschy seating, nonsensical arrangement with microwave on the floor across the room from fridge, fridge barely functional, etc). I will never stay at a "Glo" again and found it shockingly opposite from the original Best Western that I know and trust. Additionally, this location seems to be popular for hotel parties, as we arrived late from driving and saw many groups smoking in the parking lot and an unusual amount of activity for a grouping of 3 hotels at 2AM.

The room was quiet. The bed was comfortable. I loved the numerous pillows.

This is a very cool property. But i don't think the functionality in the room works. There is no where to put your suitcase, and no room in the bathroom to open your toiletries bag.

Very well maintained and clean property. Friendly and efficient front desk clerk. You sense this is a nice property the minute you walk into the lobby.

We have been to Glo several times . It is always consistently clean and welcoming. The staff is very friendly.
