The hotel/rooms aren’t anything fancy. But the customer service was top tier. I accidentally booked a smoking room, and the front desk did everything they could to work with me and get a non-smoking room. Very much appreciated that!

Everything, paid for suit but refused us due to pet that we disclosed prior to booking and gave us filthy room. Said cost 10 more. What a joke. And who puts all handicap rooms on 3rd floor, had fire dept there, shut down elevators for 4 hours so if you are diabled youd be screwed.

The hotel is beautiful. The only thing is the bathroom is not tall people friendly.

Housekeeping did not do a very good job cleaning our room. The staff was super nice but we won’t stay there again due to uncleanliness.

The room I was and the area of the hallway smelled horrible. The mattress seemed very old as I could feel the springs lying down.
