Absolutely the WORST experience I have ever had at a motel / hotel. I"m over 50, that is saying something. Management was horrible at trying to resolve noise complaints. 5 times! Had to suggest I would call police before action was taken. We all know how that makes the facility look that they cannot control their guests. Horrible!!!
We would not recommend this stop to anyone!!!! Stay away, far, far away!!!

Sorry for the noise coming from next door to your room the person who stayed next to you had a death close to him and was intoxicated the room was paid by someone else we did try to calm him down several times and finally he calmed down and went to sleep.Again we apologize from the manager.

They did not have my room. I could not stay there. They agreed to cancel my booking.

The reservation came in late and we did not have a non smoking room we offered a smoking double or a non smoking king with a sofa sleeper but you refused and we did cancel your reservation.

Super comfortable bed and room was very clean, plenty of lighting too.
When staying, make sure you take an upstairs room. Otherwise you'll hear every footsteps since the construction is not that solid. You'll also hear every car door slammed and backing up beeps.

What I did not like was there was only one handicapped parking space for the hotel. Which in our case was on the opposite side of the building than our room was. And this meant my husband( who has difficulty walking) and uses a cane would of had to walk further than necessary if there were allocated handicapped parking on both sides of the building. And on two occasions when we left the property and returned I had to park at least 5-6 spaces away from in front of our room.
