Scott at check in was very friendly, efficient, and accommodating. Toby, the maintenance person was also very friendly and was always working and cleaning. He also found me to let me know one of the kids had left an expensive pair of goggles down at the pool, and took the time to walk down and let me in after hours so I could get them.

Our stay was great we were in walking distance to baxter brewery and we had a great view of the waterfall from our room. The breakfast was awesome along with the staff would highly recommend !

Nice, clean rooms. Great breakfast. Appreciated having a washer/dryer available.

Really poor snow removal services! There was an icy storm during our stay but the clearing of snow was pretty poor.

Dear Mike,Thank you for taking the time to share your stay experience on this platform. Yes, we had a major snowstorm producing a significant amount of snow before turning to sleet. Due to many local residents losing power and needing shelter for many days, those guests never left their parking spots allowing us enough room to clean up the individual spots this storm which is not typical but did happen. We truly are sorry you were impacted by this as it was unfair to you. I am the General Manager and was outside for two days straight shoveling and helping guests and would have been happy to help get you out if you needed assistance.
