worst experience of my life
Posted 9 Nov 2023 on HotelsI did not have a stay, when we arrived at the hotel, the hotel was closed, there was someone there to inform us that the hotel was closed, there was no assistance offered to find a different hotel, we traveled 4 hrs to get there and did not have a hotel to stay in, there was no assistance at all, we were told that someone called regarding out reservations on 8/10, which was 2 months prior to the reservation, 1 single call with no message, there was no email or text, I find this unacceptable, we had booked 2 rooms, then had to look around for any open rooms in the area, we were very unhappy with this. I would not recommend this chain to anyone if this is how the patrons are treated.

It's really quiet place, good enough for a few nights sleep. Fridge was not working though.

The manager was fantastic, breakfast was fantastic we stayed first and last night of our week long vacation first room amazing perfect comfortable second room while ok there was a leak from room above our sink didn’t want to drain and there was a dog bone under bed skirt. Manager did cover up and fix drain immediately the hallway carpeting is really in need of an upgrade
