Beautiful rooms but mediocre service
Posted 26 Feb 2024 on HotelsBeautiful rooms and spacious. Located in the heart of Leuven. The shower was poorly designed, however, and a lot of water went onto the floor. We contacted the front desk to have towels brought to us and they were reluctant to give it to us and would not bring it. It’s not a problem for us to pick it up but it is not the service of a 4-star hotel

Everything was above standards and I would have given a higher rating if we had a shower in the bathroom. There was only a tub and it was awkward to use. The towels were also a bit thin. Other than that, it was a good stay!
