It was run down and they did the bear minimum and the staf said we only have to Provide that so we are going over and beyond

Dear guest, thanks for your time to leave a feedback, we are sorry we didn't meet your expectations, if you can please contact us to discuss this as the room you stayed in was renovated last month with brand new furniture, bedding and draperies and also we did provide hot continental breakfast for your entire stay also the manager on duty asked about your experience at the checkout and nothing was mentioned. We really want to know a bit more from you so that we can continue to improve our guest experience.
