The staff didn’t tell me when I booked that the hotel didn’t have hot water. They haven’t had any hot water for a few WEEKS. If you can’t have a hot shower why are they still charging full price $160 per night.
The breakfast was cold too. The eggs and sausages were in the electric heater but it wasn’t turned on.

Nice clean hotel, great friendly staff at checkin

Walking distance to Enmax Centre.
Hotel is dated and has a musty smell. Our room was not ready when we checked in past the check in time, they did provide us another room, however it was not with our group blocking.

For what it offers, the price seems a bit high in comparison to something like the Ramada just a short ways down the road. It is in a good location and the rooms are clean and the free breakfast is nice. The hot tub definitely needs later hours than 10pm though, plus they closed it early.
