Price was reasonable pictures online not even close to what you get. Dog barking every hour threwout the night.slept with bathroom fan on to drown out the nose. Other options up the street would not stay here again. Oh shower head is about 4 feet off the ground. So you have to bend over to use

Do not stay at this hotel, it is dirty and the health inspector walked in right after we did, we were very quick to leave

Arrived, paid, saw room and grounds and other people staying there. LEFT within 15 minutes. Room was dirty, smelled of smoke, felt unsafe in the area, sketchy looking people. They then REFUSED to give us a refund. As well as Expedia did TOO ?...DO NOT STAY in this place !!! or use EXPEDIA...Very upset with this Transaction...!!!

Room was ok; yet everything else seemed unsafe. Property is most likely used in many ways; parking lot and areas surrounding it feels unsafe. Checking in form contains four specific areas one needs to initialize, about not using, selling, or possessing drugs.

When I arrived at the hotel at 7 PM, I was informed that the room keys were not working, and I would have to request a refund from Expedia. Nobody had tried to contact me, there was no apology, and no attempt to help me find somewhere else to stay. I was in Lethbridge to see my mother in palliative care, and had my dog with me. To say that this was an incredible inconvenience is truly a huge understatement. Not only did they not attempt to help out, but they didn't even take any responsibility for the situation.

Hey Sandra, I'm so sorry for your experience. Our front desk encoder was down temporarily Friday and we couldn't encode our cards to let guests into rooms. We have since set up a backup system but that doesn't help with your experience. Next time you come into town let us know and we can see what we can do to remedy the situation for you.
