The place was clean and easy to find restaurants near by. Only thing I didn’t like was there was no movie to watch and the tv was old that couldn’t mirror the tv to the phone to watch movies and the usb would work on the tv

Check in was fast and efficient. Lots of parking. Room was clean and smelled clean too. Comfortable beds, good AC, will definitely stay again!

View out of the window was of a roof couldn't see anything else except the roof. Room was directly across from the elevator which made it loud at all hours of the night. Bath tub drain plug when put in made a horrible sound. Kids running up and down the hallways screaming until complaint made at 10:30 PM then they started again at 7 AM. Booked the hotel because of pool and hot tub but couldn't enjoy it because of the over 20 kids with no adult supervision scream yelling and throwing a football in the pool area hitting windows and guests with the ball. Had to stand at the TV to have the remote work. Worst experience ever and got no sleep due to the constant noise.

All good. We needed a good, clean, functional plans. It delivered. Will book again next time in Lethbridge.

We found a used syringe in our room , very disgusting and in acceptable. It was not hidden or we had to look for it, nkt a very clean establishment amd nobody at the front desk to render a actual complaint. Guess there was a reason why there was availability at this location. Never will be going back to this place again and will recommended nobody to ever visit this place.

Super convenient! I love how easy it is to get everything I need (grocery store, gas) and get back on the highway quickly.

Just checked in. Clean room, front desk host was awesome she was suoer friendly and welcoming!
Just a place to sleep on a trip to the States.
