Check in was friendly. Room was small but had everything. However, there was a big stain on the carpet that had to be skirted when going to the bathroom as we didn't know what could have caused it. Old elevator through a side door from the lobby was a bit strange. Restaurant was awesome even though we arrived an hour before closing! Friendly staff and fantastic food! Check out was short and curt. Not friendly guy.

Check in was a little slow, only one person at the desk at 6:00 pm. Do not book the 2 double bed rooms. These have not been updated and need some attention. Light bulb in the bathroom was burnt out, bed sheets were old and had ingrained stains in them. Bedside lampshade was cracked. TV remote control was dirty. Ask for the rooms on the upper floors; two queen beds or king. I’ll think twice about staying here again.

Really great hotel. Best price in town. Close to the Japanese gardens. The pool wasn’t so warm walking in, but after a dunk, both kids were happy. Rooms were spacious and beds comfy. They had a simple coffee maker in the room and a mini fridge. No breakfast included, but I would definitely recommend the restaurant that is attached to the hotel. You will need a reservation if going on a Saturday night as the place got really busy. But food was excellent (service was a little slow).

Big clean quiet nice restaurant, was fine for an overnight stay on the way to somewhere else, east freeway access as well

The fact that getting to contact you expedia is a pain is enough to ruin a stay. Had challenges with a room you had already overpriced and tried contacting you without any help..poor poor performance
