Looking old & tired. The bed wasn’t made on the bump-bed -had to to it myself. Pubic hair on the bathroom sink!!!

Misleading and unprofessional

I booked the hotel and when I got there it was closed I called the number and a guy that didn't know English tried to explain to me that the hotel was closed due to Coronavirus virus (yet they charged me for the room)

MY STAY AT THE TOURETTES.

THE ROOM WAS CLEAN BUT THE WASH BASIN WAS MISSING SOMETHING. THIS SOMETHING LEFT A LARGE HOLE. THE SERVICE AT THE HOTEL. THE HOTEL WAS IN A GOOD POSITION.
