Great hotel, right in front of the slopes and in the center of Les Gets. Breakfast buffet is excellent with lots of local specialties. Ample dining options in the hotel and around Les Gets. Nice pool and spa areas.

Fab location, excellent food in the restaurant, the service was outstanding, your staff are superb. One tiny tiny thing that could be improved, the bar could have been opened up earlier. We wanted to have a business meeting at 4pm, beautiful comfortable seating area, perfect for a meeting but couldn’t get any drinks for our guests. Otherwise an A1 experience, thank you

Terrible! Don’t waste your money!

We were disappointed that every evening, the fire was not lit in the main lounge nor was the bar open. We asked to get a drink and were told the bar does not open until Saturday 23rd but when we spoke to a man on reception, he said he would get us a drink. We made it clear that we would have liked to sit by the fire and enjoy a drink in the evening but the fire was not lit once. The only night it was lit was on Thursday when we made a complaint but it was too late as we had left to go elsewhere. We understand that we are staying pre-season; however, we booked with the presumption that the lifts would be open (as stated on the Les Gets website). Whilst we understand the hotel is not busy and won’t be until the season begins but what about the guests that are staying in the hotel like is? It is not difficult to have the fire lit and to have someone on the bar to serve your guests? On another note, the swimming pool was freezing as was the jacuzzi. This was both in the morning and in the afternoon- it was not an enjoyable experience. Other guests also felt the same and we even heard a French couple complaining how cold it was! There were also only a few towels, the two times we went, we had to share a towel! It was really not very enjoyable at all.

I did not like the fact there is no mirror in the room and no English subtitles no WiFi code in the room but to top it off building work in the morning with no notification I was not impressed being woken up after travelling basically all day
