Honestly, one of the worst places I have stayed in a while. Check-in was good and staff were helpful. However, from there it deteriorated quickly. The room was dated and very basic. No grill, no toaster, coffee machine was there but there was moldy coffee left in it. Walls had been repaired in a really poor way in places and the equipment was old and not clean. Worst thing about it was the fact that the place had clearly not been cleaned properly. It was really dirty. There was supposed to be a vacuum cleaner in the building (as per the notification in room) but there was nothing. We brushed and cleaned the floor but when we went to check out, they told us the vacuum was at reception so we had to go back and hoover. No issue with doing this but the fact that the room was not clean when we arrived meant I was unimpressed with needing to go all the way back to the room to complete this job. Location is good, right next to the slope and a small drive from the gondola and lifts. Parking was also good, with plenty of room. All in all, a very bad experience and we will not stay again.

Spacious apartment. Excellent lake views, (because we were on top on 2nd line). You need transportation to go to town. Check out required is to early, imo. Pet friendly.

Location: If you are an absolute beginner, the nearby slope might be too much of a challenge and you may prefer to drive to the resort.
The state of the room depends largely on previous tenant. Depending on how you book, bedsheets and towels may not be included, so worth calling beforehand to check. You are required to clean after yourself, so will need some washing up liquid, sponge, toilet paper, general toiletteries inc. soap/gel, etc. My only real issue was with the opening times at reception. closing at 12 and not reopening until 5 pm is not really an acceptable standard in hospitality. Depending on the time you are planning on arriving, you'll have to wait or make sure you call for them to wait for you. We were driving from far and it was a bit stressful to have to plan so carefully. Equally, on the last day we wanted to leave luggage in the hotel to change, but we would have needed to wait until they opened at 5, so had to pack everything in the morning and change in the car.
