I decided to try this hotel I herd go thing about it ,but when I arrived alot of dust and dirty out side I went up to the 2nd floor,the office staff was nice on the inside was clean everything from that point was good ,untail I checked out ,so I did but I didn't notice that I lefted something thing behind and was very busy that day that when I noticed that I was missing my brand new baseball Caps where missing so I said to myself I will go there the next morning to retrieve my items to see if the staff turned them they told me no,and no one else had rented that room the only other person that had entered was the cleaning person,I lefted my hats on top of the counter bye the window,I'm thinking I've traveled over 3,500 miles and then this where you can't even trust your own staff . will I ever return would you........it not so much the value it's the trust !!!!!!!!!!

Estimado Refugio: Lamentamos esta situación pero en este hotel tenemos un control sobre los objetos olvidados por parte de los huéspedes e inclusive los hemos enviado hasta el destino sin costo alguno. Diariamente el personal de habitaciones entra a revisar las mismas y de manera inmediata se reportan los olvidos ya que se realizan pruebas de honestidad a todo nuestro personal y son revisados al momento de salir del horario laboral. Lamentamos esta situación pero no es la primera vez que pasa y hasta que los huéspedes mismos nos llaman después para comentarnos que encontraron sus objetos. Así mismo usted comento que los dejo en la habitación, luego comenta que los dejo en recepción.

Estimado Jeremy, de acuerdo que este hotel no haya sido de tu agrado. Obviamente en el mercado hay hoteles de otras categorías con tarifas mas altas y otros servicios adicionales a este. Le invito la próxima vez a seleccionar un hotel con los servicios que usted requiere. Saludos cordiales.

For an emergency stay its ok.
Posted 4 Jan 2024 on HotelsRooms very crowded, they need an upgrade on the towels. The A/C didn't cool the room, the last day we didn't sleep because it got up to 80°F even thought we complained and the staff was very nice and helpful. They changed us of room, but still it felt cool 10 mins in, then it did not cool at all. Breakfast was ok all 3 days we got same thing, chilaquiles, fruit, yogurt, coffee, juice, cereal and beans. Overall convenient because of location, stores around. I wouldn't recommend for a lond stay and with children. Staff very nice and helpful.

rooms are very small, i di not get a coffee maker
shower very uncomfortable.
walls are thins as paper, you can hear everything.
buffet service was poor, always had to ask for more fruit.

Le comento lo siguiente: las habitaciones son tal cual usted las eligio en la plataforma y en el tema de desayuno es de cortesia y depende de la logistica de los huespedes al desayunar. Sin duda alguna hay opciones mejores con otro tipo de tarifas y otras categorias. Gracias por su preferencia.
