The key room got failed like 10 times

Very nice hotel, walking distance from Poliforum León, which use the local convention center, just across the street, literally. Friendly staff, and the breakfast is one of a kind.

The reception staff, upon check-in, was not very friendly. The gentleman who helped with our luggage to our room was extremely helpful with our luggage and with questions we had regarding tickets to a soccer match we attended.
