Upon initial arrival the hotel was very warm the AC was not running in our room. The temperature was 77 degrees in our room and the room was dirty. The front desk staff was made aware of the toilet being dirty. ( there was dried urine on toilet ) I asked if the area could be cleaned and staff member was disinterested and the room was not cleaned until the next day.

Dear Miss. I am sorry for any discomfort during your stay, I have reported the air conditioning issue. Verifying the information with the housekeeping department they report me that indeed they received your report at night, when checking the toilet they realized that it was not a dirt issue, but that the toilet lid is the one that due to use has a mark, we have already requested the change of it so as not to have a report for this issue again. Again I am sorry for the bad impression of our hotel, believe me that your comfort and opinion is the most important thing for us. We will use this information for continuous improvement of our service. Have a great day!

Front desk staff was nonchalant when asked anything. Very uninterested in guest.

en general bien, restaurante pésimo

genial! fuimmos a una competencia de gimnasia de mi hija, lamentablemente no nos pod[iamos quedar en el lugar más de una noche, en general excelente el hotel. la comida deja mucho que desear y salvo la atención de Norma en el restaurante te tratan como si les pidieras regalado algo... en general el restaurante mal, muy mal lo unico que se puede rescatar de ahí es Norma la mesera que nos hizo más ligera la noche al cenar

Nice and Comfort stay

Everything was great! Restaurant service at lunch time was slow but buffet breakfast was excellent!

I like the fact that the AC works an when you enter the room is not hot is just cold
