Absolutely fantastic food was great staff where excellent rooms where clean you wouldn't get anything in United Kingdom for the price, all they do in the uk is rip you off.

This hotel is a bit on the outskirts in a dull, residential area, next to the contemporary art museum, which has limited exhibitions and can be toured in 30 minutes. Besides that, there’s nothing of interest in the vicinity. Perhaps some rooms in this ‘luxury hotel’ offer luxury, but mine was ordinary at best, extremely plain without even a hot pot, like a room from the 70s or 80s with new carpet. Clerk was friendly with excellent English. Nonetheless, do yourself a favor and stay in the old town near the cathedral- lots of restaurants there and a few museums

Not in the standard rooms but if you had asked us we would have been happy to provide it.We think that the hotel has a location that offers innumerable advantages:We are located in a residential and quiet area that allows us to guarantee the desired rest. Easy outdoor parking and unbeatable access facilities to the main highways.In a pleasant walk from the hotel, you will be at a distance of: Catedral de León: 1,6 km/ 20 minutes.Casa Botines: 1,4 km/20 minutes.Convento de San Marcos: 800 m/ 10 minutes.Barrio Húmedo: 1,5 Km/20 minutes Tell you that the hotel team is at your disposal for anything you may need in future stays.Best regards.alfonso Lara. Good place to stay in León
Posted 30 May 2023 on HotelsOverall a very good stay. Staff in general were very friendly and helpful. Good quiet location. Rooms are quite large and the hotels “Eco-standards” are excellent. The recycling bins in the foyer are an excellent idea. Breakfast buffet was excellent value at €8.50 if you booked at check-in. Just a minor issue with the air conditioning and I could not get the safe to work at all.

We are glad that you liked the hotel in general and that you mentioned some of the sustainability measures. The air conditioning is centralized and computer controlled. At the moment it connects automatically whenever the outside temperature is higher than 25ºC. Sometimes it may be that the room has been closed for more than 24 hours and if it gets a bit of sun it can be hotter but if you open the window a bit it cools down immediately.Best regards and until next time.Saludos cordiales. Staff was great, check in was easy, parking garage on site was convenient.

I was just happy to find accommodation along the Camino as it is becoming more and more difficult. Hotel was okay, I paid $200 CDN for one night - way too expensive. But, as I indicated, I was desperate for a bed for the night.

I supposse you have been in a Suite and Junior Suite. We always recommend reservations with time because I deduce that when reserving our establishment at the last minute the hotel would be practically full otherwise our establishment has much more adjusted rates.Best Regards.alfonso Lara.
