Nicely located to Lenox. Friendly greeting and very pleasant overreview of property. I was Upgraded to King room with no charge as hotel wasn't full. Large spacious period decor, with large soaking tub in generous barhriom. Sound travels through hallways, guest rooms and rooms above, as bedroom has areas rugs on hard wood floors. If you are a light sleeper, ask for top floor.
