"Clean hotel in a perfect location. Everyone who worked there was kind and helpful from check in to check out. Many people have said the property was outdated or dirty which was not the case. The rooms were not ultra modern or brand new but who goes to NYC near broadway to hang out in the room? The bed was comfy and clean, the room was huge compared to many other hotel rooms, everything worked and the bathroom was clean. You cannot beat the location for the price and there are plenty of restaurants within the same block so needing one in the hotel is not needed. I highly recommend this hotel. "
"Stayed overnight with my wife for my birthday. Very impressed with the service. Everyone is so friendly and considerate. Received a chocolate cake for my birthday, what a surprise !!! Thank you very much !!!"
"Staff was very helpful and amazing. We were traveling with our daughter who uses a wheelchair and the hotel was very accommodating to her needs. When we go to NYC we always stay at the Warwick!"
