Probably won’t stay here again. It’s convenient and price is good but it severely needs updating and there is lots of extracurricular activity going on around there. People smoking pot in rooms and in parking lot and the person staying in next room was up all night talking either to someone or on phone.

I like the huge indoor courtyard and the bedroom part of our room. The bathroom wasnt as clean as I would have liked. The pool was closed and a lady we were visiting with in yge hot tub (where the jets didnt work) told us the pool had been closed the last 4 times she has been here. She said the hotel ised to be great but the last 6 months have seen a huge decline. The lights in the pool/hottub area were not turned on at night and it was challenging to see the next step on the staircase. If you just want a mostly clean and comfortable bed to sleep on it would be ok. For those of us that came here specifically to swim on our vacation it was a huge disappointment.

Thankfully when I got to my room it was clean so i could go straight to sleep. Building conditions in certain areas were a little jarring. Laminate flooring gave the room a cleaner feel.

The staff were unfriendly at the front desk. They did not provide info about where the pool was and how to get towels.
The phone in the room was not working so when we updated front desk staff they stated none of the phones work. Huge safety issue! Also hot tub was not working

My daughter was having surgery at 6am and we live 2 hours away. We just wanted something comfortable and close to the surgery center.
The photos were definitely deceiving. I can’t speak for the rooms anywhere else in the hotel, but the room we were given was disappointing. Firstly, I wasn’t a fan of the fact that there were 3 points of entry in the tiny room we were in.(two entry doors on either side and a conjoining room) It didn’t make for an easy nights sleep with just myself and a young child as I could hear people walking by each door at all hours of the night. I believe a different floor could possibly have rectified this. There were cracks, rust and mold on most of the walls and it smelled as such too.
The room looked like it was falling apart and someone just said “throw a coat of paint over it”
The bedding had holes in it. The plug in the tub was broken, and the shower was hard to turn on. I will say the water temperature was hot, almost too hot. I had to have it almost all the way down to not scold, so please watch that your young children don’t mess with the water knob when bathing.
They had maybe half a dozen options for “snacks” For purchase in what they call the guest pantry. The restaurant was closed. It seemed the pool was as well, however there were people in the hot tub.
We were only there from 8:30pm-5:30am so we didn’t get to use any other amenities and I can’t speak to the breakfast.
The desk clerk seemed bothered by the fact that I was there.
