There was a leak from the shower to the bathroom. We told the front desk and nobody come to fix it nor offer a room change.

Incredible experience! All the staff was above and beyond incredible. The hotel bar was fantastic as well

WOW! This hotel was amazing. Lots of space, lots of outlets and lighting. Convenient for the Christmas market and other shopping/food. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend this hotel.
