Very cheap hotel. However: Lost laundry, unreliable staff(strangely irresponsible behavior and attitude especially young staff), broken shower and minibar. Only dining they have is extremely poor quality of food and horrible taste. Never come back again for sure.

Accessible to the airport, easy to access. All the amenities we needed.

Amazing staff

The staff were very helpful and professional. They went beyond and helped us with everything (we had incident that our baby's hand was burned by hot water and they provided first aid and sympathy). I hope more hotels in Germany learn from the staff in this hotel. Within easy reach of airport and messe.

Pleasant stay

Positive: breakfast, parking, room, price paid Negative: location: close to motorway and landing loop for airport which makes it very noisy, tram stop for line 16 is 10min walk away
