Area seems a little bit run down. Internet limited to 500mb. Strange. No coffee pot or refrigerator in the rooms.

The hotel is in an interesting part of Leipzig, not at all near the sights but still very convenient to restaurants. The staff were very welcoming and warm. The parking is conveniently located not far. The lift is a bit sketchy so we used the stairs during our stay. The area was very quiet, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was well appointed and even had a spa heater. The breakfast buffet was delicious … what more can I say? For the price the quality was excellent!

Well run family hotel
Posted 10 Jun 2018This hotel got better the longer I was there. It had a good ambiance and spirit to it. I especially like sitting in the quiet garden at the back with it's soothing water features.

We "requested'/paid for a 3 room suite and it was a 1 room/bathroom "suite", very disappointed. The elevator was likely not checked in a very long time as it dropped when we got to the 4th floor and scared everyone that used it.

A Fine Hotel

Pros: Good breakfast spread, offered eggs cooked to order. Provided tea during day on request. No objection to our carrying beer up to room.
Cons: Restaurant closed Sunday and Monday. No staff member really fluent in English.
Location: Location far from downtown but good boulevard to get there. Asia restaurant nearby, handy for Sun and Mon. Close to autobahn to south.
Took us in even though we were a day late; sympathetic to our problems in getting there. Varied restaurant menu provided. Parking lot nearby, if full, street parking. Elevator led right to room door. Allowed bar bill to accumulate.
