Lovely, well kept hotel. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Next time i find myself in Leicester, I will definitely book here again!

Excellent overall, extremely comfortable and clean. Close to the station. Really spacious rooms and excellent shower. Staff super friendly

Beautiful property in a central location. Room was well appointed and very comfortable. Staff, especially the bar staff were very friendly and helpful. Lovely breakfast included.

It was OK and I would stay there again as it is conveniently placed. But a good spruce up would pay dividends.

Really friendly staff trying very hard in a tired building.
Our room was clean but very tired and very stuffy.
Breakfast was poor.
A shame because the team were all very professional and friendly.

Excellent location to walk into the city centre. Close to train station also. Friendly reception staff.

Lovely boutique hotel in a quiet part of Leicester on New Walk. Easy carparking - also only a short walk from the station. Excellent staff and customer service. Friendly and welcoming bar area. Good breakfast. Rooms comfortable and large - good amenities. Shower good. Difficult to fault. First choice always when staying in Leicester
