Immaculate hotel with comfirrable beds, close to Leicester city centre with a nearby open air car park. Perfect!

A great hotel in a fantastic location. One minute to great restaurants, cinema, shoppings and bowling.
Would highly recommend. Very quiet and comfortable hotel.

The hotel was unable to offer basic toiletries such as hair conditioner or moisturiser as they are swapping supplier. The shower gel
In the room was almost empty.When I asked they were unhelpful and the individual on reception didn’t know what cotton wool was.

Dear Hayley, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback on your recent stay at our hotel. we sincerely apologize for the inconveniences you experienced regarding the availability of basic toiletries and the service you received from our staff.Novotel as a brand offers different toiletries in different room types. Hair conditioner is only available in Executive rooms and Suites. Moisturiser is not on the list of toiletries which Novotel as a brand requires us to provide in the guest room. We hope that your recent experience will not deter you from using us again in the future.

This was my second stay at Novotel. I will stay here again when in Leicester.
