Unable to sign off anything off to the room to pay at departure Had to pay everything at once even the laundry Floor tiles in the bathroom / toilet are lethal when wet !!!! Will be back to Bali but not here

The rooms were cleaned every day, you can choose if you want your sheets changed and towels changed! The beds were made every day and the staff were amazing and very helpful,

My overall rating is 4/5. The reason it isn't 5/5 is due to two things. The hotel itself is great, facilities, swim up bar, room, and whatnot. The two things where it is lacking is the noise from connected rooms. We had to change rooms due to the noise of other guests and it took two hours for the hotel to address this with the room next door after we alerted them to the issue. We were moved the following day. Secondly and this one is a major issue. The breakfast. Very limited options and food quality was lacking. Although this may sound like a personal issue. I couldn't eat the hot food 2 days in a row due to lack of taste and variety. Even the eggs were very runny and tasted a bit interesting. I hope the hotel is able to rectify the breakfast issue before my next stay as the hotel and staff are perfect. We stayed for 8 nights and would go back.

Like the place and staff, food is good. I was a little disappointed because in the day of silence during the Nyepi celebrations people from the swimming pool were laughing, talking and shouting in their loud voices. And no one from the hotell staff to remind them that we should talk in our low voices to respect the meaning of the Nyepi day.Not only in the evening but the whole 24hrs of the celebration. And respect the other guests who went to Bali on the day of silence to experience a day of solitude and reflection. That is the main reason why some people go to Bali on Nyepi day. That’s the only thing i was a little disappointed .

Azis the front liner is very friendly and good when explaining hotel facilities. We appreciate that Hotel extended our requests which made our 3 nights stay excellent. Only the toilet sink needs replacement as everytime use it the tap got sounds. Its not new hotel but overall its clean.
