The blanket was lumpy, the first room had smell, toilet stopped working, i fixed it myself. TV guide is set on December 31st, so you dont know current programming, air-conditioning is old and rumble every time it went on

The property was nice and was conveniently located by several eating options. There is a bodega on property with drinks, snacks, etc. However, they are a bit pricey. Check in and out were quick and easy. For the most part the staff was friendly and welcoming. We asked for a refrigerator that we didn’t receive. However, when my husband brought it to their attention, the front desk clerk offered to have it sent up right away. Overall, I enjoyed the stay and would stay at the NYLO again.

I had a problem with my safe that could not be resolved but it took them 2 days to figure that out. The front desk person "Jon" said that I was "Jocking " him about the issue to his coworker on the phone as he asked him to come and check it out. No one on property in the evening that can assist with a tv remote. SMH
