Group of us stayed in this hotel. Several rooms did not have tv. The last night of our stay my tv fell from the wall. Another room had the water stick in the on position. Staff was great and helpful.

The entire staff at the Hampton Inn & Suites were great. In particular, the manager, Naresh Powdel was very kind , professional, and helpful. I would definitely stay there again

ADA improvements for handicapped and senior patron

I was pleasantly impressed with the checkin and front desk. I had a problem with the temperature in my room and after reporting it the engineer addressed the issue and fixed it. The food was great as well. The whole place was very very clean. There is one negative to my whole experience and that is that where you have put handicapped assistant bars in the shower, a definite plus and need. You failed to address the ADA needs for the taller toilets with an accompanying hand bar. For the disabled and for the senior aged groups of people with limited abilities these taller toilets are a must have. So if you change out the low seating toilet for the taller toilet and accompanying hand bar will make a huge difference for your clientele.

Coffee was not as good as usual. No creamers were provided. Just half and half. Breakfast was also disappointing. Room was good. Service was good.
