What a fantastic hotel...when we've been to leeds before on several occasions we've stayed in the city centre..crowne plaza....this Hotel absolutely blows them away...would highly recommend

Room door did not work. Had to return to reception 3 times before fixed. Not the best start after a long day.

TV was a decent size, alongside the room itself. However, it was confusing getting to the room because the signs weren't too clear and we did pay more for pool, sauna, steam room access, but it was too busy.
